drastically simplified ob-clojure using slime for all evaluation
* lisp/ob-clojure.el (org-babel-execute:clojure): Remade using slime for all code evaluation. (org-babel-expand-body:clojure): Remade in the image of `org-babel-expand-body:emacs-lisp'.
