ox-taskjuggler.el: Fix a typo in org-taskjuggler-get-start

* ox-taskjuggler.el (org-taskjuggler-get-start): Use memq
instead of member as we are searching for symbols.  Also
search in valid-task-attributes instead of
valid-resource-attributes.
