Unconditionally fix list when using C-c C-c.

* org.el (org-ctrl-c-ctrl-c): call `org-fix-bullet-type' instead of
  `org-maybe-renumber-ordered-list' and `org-fix-bullet-type' before
  toggling a checkbox.
