ox: Fix export of footnote definitions in pruned parts of tree
* lisp/ox.el (org-export--missing-definitions): (org-export--install-footnote-definitions): New functions (org-export--merge-external-footnote-definitions): Remove function (org-export-as): (org-export--prune-tree): Use new functions. * testing/lisp/test-ox.el (test-org-export/footnotes): Add tests.
